The Minnesota Aging Pathways is a free information and assistance service funded by the State of Minnesota, making it easier for older adults and their families to find community services or plan for their future. The Minnesota Aging Pathways is a service offered by the Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging.

 

The Minnesota Aging Pathway’s role is to simplify the complex issues and decisions you face every day as an aging adult and/or caregiver of an aging adult.

 

The Minnesota Aging Pathways provides information, connects you to services in your community and offers assistance for informed personalized decisions. This assistance may include providing help to you in your home or community.

 

This Long-Term Care Options Counseling service is comprehensive,
resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
