P.A.I. is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing diverse human services programming, offering viable workforce opportunities for businesses, and manufacturing and marketing
innovative products.
 
Public transportation systems with wheelchair accessible buses are available to certain areas of Otter Tail and Clay counties. Curb-to-curb services are offered with special care given to children and seniors. Services for users with three and four wheeled mobility aids are available.

Pennington County's Sentence to Serve program provides seniors in the community with outdoor services such as snow removal in the winter and lawn and gutter cleanup during the spring and fall.

Clearwater County provides eligible residents with transportation services that contribute to their ability to remain in their home and community.  Rides are given to medical appointments, community events and also for shopping for basic needs.

Providing representation, limited services, advice, or information to individuals with issues that fall outside of the criminal justice system. For people facing civil legal challenges such as the threat of losing their home, safety, health care, income, or even their families, navigating the justice system without a lawyer can be nearly impossible.

The goal is to empower low-income and vulnerable individuals by providing equal access to justice and critical legal assistance.
