Volunteerism is defined as the policy or practice of volunteering one's time or talents for charitable, educational or other worthwhile activities, especially
in one's community.

Volunteering offers enormous benefits to individuals, vital help to people in need, worthwhile causes andthe community as a whole.

The Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging, like many agencies, utilizes volunteers to help meet the needs of seniors in our planning and service area.
